One Pot Synthesis of CuO-CuFe<sub>2</sub>O<sub>4</sub>@rGO Nanostructure with Synergistic Effect for Efficient Electrochemical Sensing Application of Paracetamol

In the present study, facile and synergistic approach for electrochemical sensing of paracetamol (PA) drug was demonstrated by hydrothermally synthesized copper oxide-copper ferrite nanohybrid composite supported on reduced graphene oxide (CuO-CuFe 2 O 4 @rGO) glassy carbon electrode. The surface texture structural information electrode material were examined FE-SEM, HR-TEM, X-ray diffraction techniques, whereas application oxidation investigated amperometric method. average crystallite size CuO-CuFe calculated from XRD data found to be 35.45 nm. fabricated sensor exhibited a higher sensitivity 970.26 μ A.mM −1 .cm −2 along with lower limit detection (LOD) quantification (LOQ) 7.0 M 25 M, respectively, linear dynamic range 10–1200 M. Furthermore, @rGO modified showed excellent anti-interferents ability, long-term stability reproducibility towards electro-oxidation drug. Moreover, it can efficiently applied analysis in biological samples. Finally, nanocomposite validated competent electrocatalyst paracetamol.
